Judge Crosland Found Dead in Mobile Hotel
Probate Judge David W. Crosland a 57 year old Montgomery resident and former Imperial Potentate of the Ancient Arabic Order of Nobles of the Mystic Shrine was found dead in his bed at a Mobile hotel. Mayor Henry Dickinson of Opelika said death likely resulted from a heart attack as Crosland arrived with a Montgomery Alcazar temple delegation to honor Imperial Potentate Earl Mills of Des Moines for tonight’s reception. The body will be returned to Montgomery for funeral arrangements to be announced.
