State Hopes for Fourth Insull Prosecution Despite Setbacks
Chicago December 22 AP prosecutors said there will be a fourth Insull prosecution despite three jury defeats. Martin Insull was acquitted of a $344,720 embezzlement and Federal mail fraud charges against Martin and Samuel Sr. were set for January 15.
