Montgomery Dec 12 AP A budget and program for 1982 will be before the Alabama Baptist State Convention executive Board on Monday night. Dr J R Hobbs Birmingham board member said the meeting would last two hours with more than 40 leading sisters and laymen from across the state expected to attend. Dr L Barton Montgomery treasurer said the executive board would set up machinery to carry out the program of expansion adopted at Opelika. Mishere for state headquarters to be chosen at the two day session but officials said no changes in personnel are planned. During the last fiscal year 9 baptisms were reported and total membership of the shared the state increased to 20.00.
