Avion Franklin Hays a twenty one year old sheet metal worker at Napier Field was killed when the automobile he rode in collided with a truck near Troy early today. He had just received induction orders and was en route to his home in Jacksonville Alabama to spend a few days before induction. He had lived in Dothan at 902 South Andrews Street for 18 months. The funeral will be held in Jacksonville at his father AHays home.
W C Woodham sues ABC Investigator W Allaup in Dothan motor state court for 2500 dollars alleging assault battery and false imprisonment from an incident at a Dothan store on November 30. Woodham paid a 13 dollar disorderly conduct fine in the same case.
