The Boy Died After Fire Burns

Little John T. Malo died last Saturday morning from injuries and pneumonia after the fire. He was carried to an Atlanta hospital for treatment but did not survive. The remains were brought home Sunday and buried in the city cemetery after funeral services at the residence. The family has community sympathy in their bereavement.

The Dothan Hardware Co advertises a talk by Capt. R F Kolb at the county courthouse next Thursday on Cantaroup and watermelon growing. Farmers were urged to attend and visit the store for a free $7 50 worth of ware. The Killebrew franchise ordinance failed in Monday’s election. The Dothan Variety has moved its machinery to a new building beyond Central depot.
