Charlie Sneligrove fined 350 and costs in county court by Judge H K Martie for violation of the prohibition law. He appealed to circuit court and posted 300 bond. W E Metcalf and B A Napier also appealed after being fined 10 and costs for revenue-law violations. Mrs Cornelia Borland freed on breech of the peace. Prohibition charges against Whit Skipper and Whit Clark not pressed. A J Ligom, marathon dance promoter, freed of charges. Levi Givens assault and battery dismissed. Bil Walker sentenced to 12 months for larceny.
