Willy Overland Co expands in Canada plan
A Canadian company to be Willys Overland Limited with six million capital will take over all automobile business of the Rexers Motor Car Company in Canada. Willys Overland will operate independently from the parent and manufacture Overland and Willys Knight cars in new Canadian facilities, creating large-scale employment and expanding production. Directors include Russell Motor Car Co of Canada figures and Canadian stockholders.
