Rome reports Italy mobilizing four more reserve classes as neutrality persists. Observers say the Triple Alliance fades and if July enters war Italy risks siding with Austria’s foes.
Lonton Aug 2 reports say the allied army has fallen back and that Germans captured Lille after evacuations on Tuesday.
