Record pace in half mile up for Lowe and Hahn
In this rapid fire sport era, Douglas Lowe of England and Lloyd Hahn of Nebraska appear the main threats to Ted Peitzer's mark as the half mile record. Hahn previously ran indoors with no official standing. Lowe showed potential at Amsterdam and Stamford Bridge, suggesting a near world record if given an official try.
