London AP reports Winston Churchill canceled a scheduled U S trip to discuss aid and timing with U S leaders as Britain faced cabinet crises and the possibility of a general election. He told Harold E Stassen he wished to postpone his visit to Philadelphia and the University of Pennsylvania bicentennial events.
