Town War Meeting To Be Urged Here
A representative of the Alabama Town Meeting for War Committee will be to Dollas on April 7 at 10 am to assist organization of the Houston County Town Meeting for War Committee. Meetings will be held in every county in Alabama next week starting April 1 to organize the statewide effort proposed by Gov. Grarks. Luther Litne, executive secretary of the Alabama Associations of County Commissioners, will attend Houston County's meeting. Invitations are sent to county governing bodies mayors home demonstration agents USFA War Board members County Defense Council and Citizens Service Corps chairmen valvage chairmen War Bond chairmen and school superintendents.
