Approximately 25 damage resulted from a collision between a car and a truck in the 200 block of N Oates St about 3 00 p m yesterday city police said. The car driver was E A Kirkland of Columbus Ga and the truck driver was John B Guy of Campbellton Fla The report notes the car tried to turn into a driveway and the truck rear ended it Neither driver was injured and no charges were filed.

Monroeville Man Injured In Crash

Hustaty was found not guilty of a trespass charge and Ira D. Marlose pled guilty to driving while intoxicated, fined $100 and lost driving privileges for six months.
