Fit Minstrel to Aid Employment Relief Fund
A minstrel program for children up to 12 will be held April 1 at the city auditorium to benefit the employment relief fund. Director M Nelly Newton and Mrs. C ich lead the event with Master Byrd Farmer as interlocutor. Donations from Ashford women and local firms support clothing, canned fruit, seed, and fuel for those in need.
