Seven Year Old Eufaula Boy Killed by Lumber Truck

Fire destroys Madrid cotton warehouse in spite blaze
Firefighters from Dothan assisted but the Madrid cotton warehouse owned by Travis Mixon Jr. burned early today with losses over 20 000. About 700 bales of cotton were stored, 200 owned by the warehouse owner and 500 by Travis Mixon Sr and the Mixon Cooper Gin Co. The building was insured and the cause was described as incendiary by a cotton owner.
