Speed limit cut to 35 on Illinois Route 2 through Castle Rock Park

Lee Ogle counties report lower unemployment rates
The Illinois Department of Employment Securities shows Lee County at 5.4 percent in September, and Ogle County at 4.9 percent, with DeKalb County at 2.8 percent the state’s lowest. State labor economist Charles Sinclair attributes much of Ogle’s dip to seasonal farming and manufacturing activity.
