City moves to enlarge Reagan statue district in Dixon
Dixon City Council will weigh expanding the Ronald Reagan historic district to include the lot south of the Reagan home for a park and a nine foot statue. The statue is donated by Dwayne Andreas of ADM and funded by local interests. The plan includes a plaque lighting walkway and flag poles.
