Cave woman loses track of time in isolation study in cave
Italian interior decorator Stefania Fellini has lived alone in a 9 by 12 foot plexiglass room inside Carlsbad's Lost Cave since mid January. Monitored 24 hours, she reads, draws, plays solitaire, and has lost track of time and weight as NASA researchers study effects of isolation for long space voyages.
