Paw Paw Ordinance Regulates Sanitary Sewer Connections
The village adopts ordinance 77-2-1 to prohibit gutter downspouts and sump pump connections into the Paw Paw sanitary sewer system and to require inspections of premises for illegal connections. It mandates notices, 120 day compliance, fines up to $500 per violation, and possible injunctive relief. The ordinance becomes effective 30 days after passage.
