Dixon council gives tentative okay to 15 year TCI cable pact
The Dixon City Council tentatively approved a 15 year non exclusive cable franchise with TCI of Illinois. The city will receive five percent of gross revenues excluding national advertising, with annual revenues projected between 520,000 and 555,000, up about 520,000 from the current pact. Bridgeman noted underpayment of 575,600 since 1984 will be settled, with 525,000 due immediately and the rest by February 1, 1991.
