Me tabolized Drugs For Ulcer Therapy Revolutionize Care
To Your Health notes side effects such as nausea vomiting and constipation. The drug is metabolized by the liver and excreted by the kidneys requiring caution in liver or kidney disease. A 150 milligram dose once or twice daily is suggested. It warns that Zantac and similar drugs can mask gastric cancer symptoms and urges diagnosis via upper GI X ray or gastroscopy before long term therapy. These medicines greatly improve peptic ulcer treatment, reducing need for dieting and surgery and transforming upper intestinal care.
