The area saw a light snowfall overnight totaling about four-tenths of an inch in Dixon. Road crews began treating streets at 5 a.m. with five or six salt trucks. Ed Slain reports streets in good shape as sun helps melt the snow. NWS says 4.1 inches seasonal total, with a 30 day forecast showing below normal temperatures and potential rain or snow ahead.
