Editorial Correspondence What Governor Richardson Will Do
Governor Friend W. Richardson says after leaving office January 3 he faces a limited field of activity. He has received offers from real estate, junk dealing, a Bay Area weekly, a valley paper, a Long Beach attorney, and a San Francisco detective agency, but none are convincingly inviting. He plans to work and eat while seeking a viable post-governorship path. He hopes to solve the ex-governor employment problem for future successors.
