Supreme Court Denies Rehearing in Heifer Theft Case
The Supreme Court denied the appeal for a rehearing in the Mendocino County case of C. C. Montgomery who was found guilty by a jury of stealing a heifer from Caspar Lumber Company. The appellate court had reversed for a new trial, and the Supreme Court denied a rehearing of that judgment.
