Mrs Woodworth Dies From Burns In Wisdom Accident
Mrs. C. J. Woodworth of Wisdom died early Wednesday after being badly burned Monday evening when gasoline leaked from a swinging lamp and ignited her clothing. A passing boy aided by wrapping a blanket around her head and summoning her husband, who rushed home for medical help. Alice Finsley, known in Dillon, leaves a bereaved husband and two children.

State Fair Opens Monday in Helena With Record Exhibits
The Montana State Fair starts Monday September 23 in Helena. More than 41000 in purses and premiums attract entries from all counties. Harness and running races fill each afternoon with two harness races on Saturday. Attractions include aeroplane flights broncho busting Indian and cowboy races band concerts and open air stunts. Special days honor Helena Children Gallatin Bitter Root Derby Butte Southern Montana Governor Eastern Montana Northern Montana and United Commercial Travellers. Professor H W Campbell will speak on dry farming Tuesday and Wednesday. Helena expects large crowds for 23 28 with ample lodging meals and entertainment.
