A Rittenhouse Clock Holds Secrets Of A New Jersey Village
In a quiet New Jersey hill town Dr William Curtis recalls a 1751 Rittenhouse clock in his dining room. The clock, once in his great grandfather’s Germantown home and later in a New York store, becomes central to a tale of money, a missing $2000 bag, and suspicion around John Carlisle, a trusted clerk with Edinburgh education, as Curtis confronts whether the young man stole the wealth during a store transfer.
