Beaverhead residents mourn the death of Charles Wilson a Beaverhead County native and longtime stockman who passed away Monday at 1 45 p m at his South Washington street home after months of illness He was born Oct 10 1875 on a Blacktail ranch and worked in cattle and sheep before settling at the family homestead east of Dillon Surviving are his widow two sisters a brother a niece and a nephew The funeral was held at St James Episcopal church with burial in Mountain View cemetery

J E Border state supervisor of state Future Farmers activities spoke at the Beaverhead chapter meeting in the high school ag room last Thursday. Two new members Don Oberem and Gilmer Smith were initiated before Border led a session on parliamentary procedure with officers taking the chair.
