He lived seven miles west of Dillon and was active in Masonic and Knights Templar orders. Surviving wife Iva, three sons and two daughters, funeral at Methodist church with Masonic and Knights Templar escorts. Graveside service at Mountain View cemetery.

Amos Elliott Jr. sustained severe burns to his act and legs Tuesday evening after his gasoline saturated clothing caught fire in front of a stove at the Davis Conoco station. He had been helping Marion Pyeatt, a service station attendant, and went into the office to get warm.

The Presbyterian bulletin reports Mrs. E. E. Loft wife of a former Dillon pastor died in an automobile accident near Albany Indiana while the family traveled from a vacation. Rev Loft pastor of the First Presbyterian church Virginia Minnesota is seriously injured in New Albany hospital. four children are injured but not seriously.

Crossbred rams owned by Lester R. Schulz of Sheridan led the Miles City ram sale last week with one ram fetching $49 and pens of five averaging $46. OQ A Schulz of Sheridan sold several crossbred lambs at an average of $26 per head and Schulz rams had previously topped the ram sale at Casper, Wyoming the week before.

Boyd Quick, 28, was wounded while duck hunting near the Les Staudenmyer ranch when Elmer Devaney’s gun discharged. Mrs. Lois Adah Patterson 83 died after a lingering illness at her daughter’s home. Born November 11 1855 near Leitton Idaho she crossed to Dell in 1887 with her husband and 900 sheep. Survived by three daughters two sons twenty two grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Funeral at Lima Methodist church with interment in Lima cemetery.
