Lige R. Brig Young a noted Beaverhead cowboy and ex jockey died Tuesday at Barrett hospital after a brief illness. Born March 12 1899 in Crow Wing Minnesota he came to Beaverhead 22 years ago and worked on multiple ranches most with P and O Livestock. Funeral Thursday at 2 30 p m Brundage chapel under Dillon Lodge 1554 BPOE with Rev H J Schmidt officiating. Survived by seven sisters and two brothers including Mrs Charles B Parmalee Seattle and Mrs A E Reid Grand Rapids Minnesota.

The funeral for Mrs Bessie Mori of Dillon, 43, who died Saturday at home, was held Sunday at Brundage chapel with Rev Father F X Lechner officiating. Interment followed at Mountain View cemetery. She was born in Jackson and lived in the county most of her life, 15 years in Dillon. Survived by daughter Margaret Swift and son Harold, both of Salmon, and two sisters.
