Louis Anderson Dies in Norway After Long Ranch Career
Louis Anderson a longtime Dillon and Beaverhead county rancher died suddenly at his home in Norway on Sept. 28 after emigrating from Norway to the United States in the 1890s. He led a large stock operation, retired to invest in Dillon property, hunted big game in Alaska and Canada, served on the state game commission and as Dillon alderman, and was farming in Norway at the time of his death.
