Death of James McLean is noted in local obituary
Vincent McLean was summoned to Butte by the death of his father James McLean, a 77 year old ranch owner. He leaves a wife three sons and a daughter. The community offers sympathy. Normal College Seniors Host March Events for Dr Finch
On March 8 Dr. Finch hosted a gym party for Normal College seniors with games dancing and a decorated lunch in the cafeteria. March 9 the seniors gave a dinner in his honor at the dormitory and presented a leather writing case. The glee club program followed convocation on March 12.

Beaverhead Anglers Club Organized in Beaverhead County
Local fishermen formed the Beaverhead Anglers Club to restock county streams with trout fry and spawn. Elected officers include Louis Anderson president E L Burles vice president and C T Magnus secretary treasurer. Membership is $1 yearly with about fifty subscribers already and over three hundred expected. Applications were made to state fish commission Helena and Bozeman hatcheries for rainbow and native trout fry to plant this season.
