Conrad Man Arrested by County Official
O. B. Skogen was arrested in Wisdom Tuesday on a felony warrant by Deputy Jim Schofield. He was taken to Ralston by snowmobile where Sheriff Paul Temple took him into custody and brought him to Dillon. Sheriff C. M. Pioneer Of Bannack Is Summoned
Edmund G. Thompson died at his home on Kentucky Avenue after a lingering illness. He was 59, born February 21, 1879 in New Diggins Wisconsin, moved to Bannack as an infant, and lived mostly in Bannack area working in mines and on dredge boats. Surviving wife Alma, two daughters, four sons, three brothers, six sisters and numerous relatives. Funeral Monday at Brundage chapel with Rev J A Meeke of Grace Methodist officiating. interment at Mountain View cemetery.
