Helena January 10 Those interested in releasing state lands in Madison county for the Redrock Lakes irrigation project will get a hearing before the state board of land commissioners and the Carey land act board at the capital next Saturday at two oclock. T J Walsh urged the board to endorse the bill now before Congress, which provides for land relinquishment and the taking of lieu lands.

End of Worthy Life for Mrs. Maria McNinch of Dell
Mrs. Maria McNinch, aged 71 from New York, died at her Dell home on Monday morning after illness from cold. Wife of rancher Henry McNinch, she lived in Beaverhead county over ten years and was beloved in the community. Funeral at Lima Methodist Church with Rev. Kershaw. interment in Lima cemetery. Survived by husband and seven children, six at Dell and one in Oklahoma, with all but one son present at her death.

Death of Charles Renzelman At Carter Ranch Cabin
George Edinger found Charles Renzelman dead in a Carter ranch cabin on the lower end Sunday morning. Renzelman, a sheepherder, had been sent to the ranch Friday afternoon with a group of sheep. death is listed as heart paralysis brought on by pneumonia. Coroner Dr. M A Walker performed the autopsy and interment followed at Mountain View cemetery after a funeral Tuesday. Renzelman previously lived and worked in the area, including two years with the P and O company.
