The U S geological survey surveyed a proposed Flathead river dam site inland for an 850 foot high dam creating a 1 320 000 acre foot reservoir with 90 000 horsepower. Havre Great Northern Railway to invest about 1 000 000 on the Montana division from Williston North Dakota to Cut Bank this coming summer.
