Military Funeral for T James Murray in Beaverhead
The funeral of T James Murray was held last Sunday at St James Episcopal Church with Rev Bennett officiating. Beaverhead Post of the American Legion conducted the service honoring his prior service with the First Montana Infantry in the Spanish American War. Pallbearers were ex service men Dr M Poindexter T E Gilbert Frank Nelson George Melton Bruce Risley and Dr Hugh MacMillan. Legion members in uniform formed an escort for military honors at the cemetery with Taps played as the remains were laid to rest.
