Dillon Pianist Ralph McFadden Honored in Butte Recital
Ralph McFadden head of the Montana State Normal College piano department gave a Friday recital at Irene St. Quentin’s studio in Butte under the Senior Music club. Fifty members and guests praised his mastery with works by Beethoven Chopin Liszt and more. A young Butte violinist Cullen Smith showcased two pieces and an informal reception followed. McFadden will play for the Junior club this morning.

Fish Hatchery Planned at Divide Next to Big Hole River
Frank M. Kerr announced Montana Power has permission to install a large fish hatchery at the abandoned Divide power plant. The Anglers' club will use part of the buildings while troughs and equipment are installed.
