A complaint filed last Friday charges Arby Beardsley of Beardsley Beardsley with violating state sanitary rules by shipping quarantined stock from Idaho to Montana. Beardslee plans to fight the case. Also, John Taylor and a woman named No Dock were jailed for vagrancy after a patrol raid. Taylor paid a $15 fine and was released, the woman was dismissed. Mrs Blanche Stepp won a divorce from Steve Stepp on grounds of non support in Lima.

Born May 17 1865 in Warsaw Indiana he lived in Miles City Livingston and Dillon where he owned Richardson harness. Survived by wife three sons and his aged mother. Funeral held in Livingston with family present.

Barbara Flynn eight, daughter of Mr and Mrs Percy Flynn of Dell, died at Curtis Hospital from a gunshot wound caused by an accidental discharge of a 22 caliber rifle while she and her brother were shooting ground squirrels. The gun was thought unloaded. it toppled from a rock and fired. The bullet entered her back and lodged in her hand and chest. funeral in Lima on Sunday. Survived by parents and many siblings.

Tom McMann known as Bingo was arrested yesterday morning in an intoxicated condition and jailed to sober up. He arrived in town and searched for friends to get more liquor, showing by Thursday morning he had succeeded in his booze hunting expedition.
