Water sale offers 20000 acre feet of Lima Dam rights
Dillon Montana October 1 1908 the Red Rock Reservoir and Irrigation Company advertises selling water rights from the Lima dam project. The Stearns Construction Company backs the dam and guarantees payment and completion by Christmas. Prices start at 10 to 11 dollars per acre foot with October offers at 10 and November at 10.50, water usable in irrigation from Lima to Point of Rocks with stock shares issued after five years for each acre foot purchased.
