James Bowling of Dillon Montana is notified that Fred Stratton of Dillon filed a contested homestead claim to Montana land Serial No. 05690 for E4 4SEM Section 1 NEM Section 14 Township South 8 West Montana Meridian. Stratton alleges abandonment residence lack of improvements and absence from the land for more than six months. Proceeding requires an answer within twenty days after the fourth publication or the entry will be canceled.
