Beaverhead county Montana board of commissioners meets in regular sessions November 3 and 5 1930. They amend October minutes adopt economy plan for high school and approve budget transfers while denying several claims and setting bids for a county physician contract and county publishing services.
Beaverhead county Montana invites sealed bids from resident publishers to supply printed matter forms devices and publications for two years starting January 1 1931. Bids due December 11 1930 at 10:00 am with a 1000.66 certified check and post award bond 10000.60. The board may reject all bids. Dillon Montana November 6 1930.
A fragmented ad notes Rexall products offering relief from constipation. It mentions a patient’s night and a next day improvement, with a price of 24 for 35 cents. Geo M. Gosman is cited.
Beaverhead county Montana commissioners invite sealed bids for furnishing medical and surgical attendance to the sick poor jail and poor farm for one year starting January 1 1931. bids due December 1 1930 at 10 00 a m with 10 percent certified check. 12 cents per mile plus board for trips over five miles. bond required upon award.
John Lewis Knight of Bannack Montana files notice of intention to make three year proof to establish his stockraising homestead entry No 075769 in sections 11 6 and 14 township 88 range 13 west prime meridian. before F A Hazelbaker U S Commissioner at Dillon Montana on December 30 1930. Witnesses: Leonard Waldemar Grant Ross Nay Vernie McManus Hans Dance all of Bee Montana.
John L. Templeman directed as co owner to contribute one fourth of expenditures totaling four hundred dollars for Alpine Fraction and Alpine Lode mining claims for periods ending July 1929 and July 1980. If absent within ninety days after service and publication, the co owner’s interest will be exposed to loss and become property of the signer as provided by law. First publication Sept. 17, 1930.
