South Better in 1922 Says Babson

Roger W. Babson, economist, surveys the South Atlantic states from Maryland to Florida and Georgia. He notes improved business in Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia cities and Florida's resilience, forecasts future growth, warns of a Florida real estate collapse, and calls for diversified farming and liberal fertilizer use.
