Woman Pleads Guilty to Vagrancy Charge in Police Court
E Burch of Livingston pleaded guilty to a state vagrancy charge in police court. Judge George E. Baker fined her 600 dollars or 30 days in jail. Upon promising to leave town, the fine was suspended.
