Officers Named for Dillon AAUW Branch in City News
A new branch of the American Association of University Women has organized in Dillon. Officers include President Mrs Ernest Luebben Vice President Miss Anne Feley Treasurer Mrs Thomas Gilbert and Secretary Miss Julia Anderson. The group welcomes eligible women and holds meetings on the second Monday each month with the March gathering set for Miss Mary Schoenborns home at eight oclock.

Beaten by several bidders a Butte man is named as the low bidder on an 18 mile road section south from the city. Work includes guard rails and snow fences and will start soon with completion next summer. petitions in Beaverhead seek state and federal aid for a Grasshopper canyon to Big Hole route. Contracts awarded include grading and graveling 27.526 miles of the Conrad Shelby road for 259,452.51 and four reinforced concrete bridges 21,192.50 by Dakota Concrete Co. Inc.
