Three Killed in Auto Accident in Big Hole Basin
A May tragedy in Beaverhead County left Mr. and Mrs. Ralston and C. H. Strawbridge dead when an Overland plunged from the road into Deep Trail Creek near the Ralston home. Mrs. Ralston and Hugh McLeod escaped, the others perished beneath the wreck. The Ralstons were prominent, with Alex Ralston once a Montana leader in politics and business. Funeral services were held in Butte and Wisdom, with many friends paying tribute to the victims.
