Beaverhead County Montana will sell at public auction at 2:00 p m on July 2 1940 at the county courthouse Dillon Montana all rights and interests in lands near Dewey and Lima Beaverhead County described as Tracts 5 through 14 and additional parcels in Lima Garlands subdivision The tracts carry appraised values from 5.00 to 25.00 and four parcels in Lima carry value 25.00 The sale terms require 90 percent of appraised value and any deed recording costs to be paid by the buyer The notice also records a separate probate hearing for the will of William T Scully filed by Minnie J Scully in Beaverhead County District Court with a hearing set for June 22 1940 and asks all interested parties to appear
