Write ins crowded the tallying but most had no enough support for the November general. The canvassing board included Norman Giles, John Prohosky, Sylvester Meade, Evans Innes, Hazel Shields, Rosalie Bastian, and Dora Schouttroth. Final results list several precinct officers, trustees, and state officials with vote totals.
