Surveyors Work Near Twin Bridges in Oregon Short Line Run
A corp of railroad surveyors believed to be from the Oregon Short Line reached Twin Bridges Friday afternoon. They ran and staked a line from Point of Rocks up the Big Hole and Beaverhead valley parallel to the Dillon wagon road, skirted the race track at the fair grounds, and moved toward the Orphans' home before retreating to camp four miles up the valley. It is not positively known if they are Horton Line surveyors.

Dillon’s Old Time Celebration Wins Widespread Praise
