Funeral of John Kenison Held Here
John Kenison a former Beaverhead county rancher died after a brief illness in Spokane. His body was brought to Dillon for a funeral held at Brundage chapel with Rev. H. N. Tragitt officiating. Interment followed at Mountain View cemetery. Survived by brothers Will and Grant of Dillon and sister Mrs. W. H. Wilson of Dillon. Born Barneville Kansas November 24, 1869, he came to Montana about 25 years ago and ranching near Dell before moving to Spokane in 1918.

Mrs. Pearl Redfern of Twin Bridges Dies at Home
Mrs. Pearl McGee Redfern, sister of Mrs. Dan Mooney and longtime matron at the Phans home in Twin Bridges, died last Wednesday at the home after pneumonia. Friends in Dillon mourn her loss. her funeral was held Friday in Whitehall with Mr. and Mrs. Mooney attending the services.

Figures On Lamb Feeding Draw Crowds In Dillon Est
Two students from the Ben Hughes department and Supervisor Bernard Williams presented a fat lamb exhibit in the former Tattersall store building in Dillon Saturday. Edward Bay and George Shaffner fed three head each from Ike Rise ranch and Carter Livestock company, with charts showing feed amounts and gains. The 30 head on display were to be shown again with the Montana Wool Growers convention in Great Falls after shipment Sunday night.

Lee Doty a well known Beaverhead county resident died at Barrett hospital last Thursday afternoon after a short illness. He was 46 and born in Benson county North Dakota. He came to Montana as a boy and lived in eastern Montana before settling in Beaverhead county 17 years ago. He worked on ranches including Cornel and Poindexter Orr outfits and knew Charles M Russell. Survived by cousin George Wilson of North Dakota and other relatives. Funeral held Monday at Brundage chapel with Rev Father F X Lechner of St Rose church officiating. Interment in L K Adams Dillon was elected oriental guide of Bagdad Temple in Butte last Wednesday night.

Blizzard Brings on Cold Snap in 1933 County
The severe storm Sunday left roads drifted and traffic hindered as a cold snap hit the county. Temperatures dropped below zero with Dillon at 14 below and higher losses not anticipated. Beavershead valley reported six to eight inches of snow with deep drifts while Monida pass stayed open. Temperatures rose yesterday signaling the worst of the cold snap may be past.
