Bernard L. Borgstede a field assistant for the Montana Veterans Employment Service spent Tuesday in Dillon meeting local employers and backing the Intensive job canvass program. He was introduced to employers by George R. Baker and is one of four Montana field assistants led by R. B. Downs. Borgstede, a World War II veteran from Helena, served as a captain in the quartermaster corps and later returned to wholesale groceries before joining VES last October.
