Delegates Report On Beaverhead Farm Bureau Meeting

Beaverhead County Farm Bureau Board met December 9 to hear delegates reports from the Montana Farm Bureau Convention in Miles City. Delegates Bernard Harkness Archie Hayden Charles Burton and Duke Davis attended along with others and Harkness was elected to District 1 board. Resolutions favor tax reform opposing graduated land tax and promoting state highway study and livestock access were adopted. A health insurance program and a square dance festival were discussed with plans for a January meeting and upcoming events.
