Governor Norrin proclaims November 3 as the general election date. Voters will elect presidential electors, state officers, three railroad commissioners, state senators across multiple districts, and judges in specified districts. Proposals to amend state constitutions and bond measures will be submitted, with a $100 reward per violation up to $5,000 total.
Examination for county teacher certificates and 8th grade diplomas will be held August 28 and 29, 1908. Applicants should report at the Court House by 9 o'clock Friday morning, August 28. Alice Herr, County Superintendent.
